Rachel Berge

Community Engagement Coordinator

Rachel began working in the nonprofit sector since 2012 and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and minor in Human Services from California State University, Fullerton. Rachel joined FSC in February 2022, serving as the Community Engagement Coordinator. She is responsible for engagement with the community, partners, members and other interested parties to ensure FSC mission and system-wide services are represented in the community at large.

Rachel has a passion for helping to prevent and end family homelessness in Orange County. Rachel looks forward to supporting our members and creating and strengthening partnerships within the community at large.
